The location is truly strategic: from Portoferraio, all main roads branch out to explore the island, both towards the eastern and western coasts. The main bus station is only 150 meters away, making it easy to get around.

Set in a picturesque setting of colorful houses reflected in the deep blue sea, the apartment lets you experience the authentic atmosphere of Elba, with charming alleys and stunning panoramic views.

The property is located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator and features two entrances, one on the harbor side and one on the square side, ensuring maximum convenience. Although there is no private parking, free public parking is available nearby.

This cozy 50 sqm apartment can accommodate up to four guests and is designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It includes a bright double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, and a modern bathroom with shower.

Guests can also enjoy a small service balcony and a spacious terrace, mostly usable, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, LCD TV, fridge with freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a shared recycling area. Free public parking is available just a few meters from the entrance.

Important Notes:

Pets are not allowed. Registration is mandatory for all guests, even in the case of short stays without overnight accommodation (including stays of less than one hour). Therefore, guests are required to inform us in advance of any additional persons accessing the property.

A security deposit is required: €150 for city-side and sea-side apartments, and €250 for the suite. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property. In case of cash payment, the refund will not be issued before 3:00 PM.

Groups of guests under the age of 21 are not permitted. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and check-out must be completed by 9:00 AM. A surcharge of €50.00 applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
