Located on the first floor of a small condominium consisting of just three residential units, in the characteristic historic centre of Portoferraio, this apartment for four people on Elba Island is the ideal choice for couples, families or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a central location.

Completely renovated in winter 2026/2027, the apartment is arranged over two levels and features carefully designed, functional and well-organised spaces, created to ensure comfort and convenience throughout your holiday.

The living area is located on the first level and consists of a welcoming lounge with a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer. The space also includes a dining table for four people and a Smart TV, creating a pleasant environment in which to relax after a day spent exploring the beaches and attractions of the island.

The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and comprises two double bedrooms, both equipped with a Smart TV and a private bathroom. This layout ensures greater privacy and comfort, making the apartment particularly suitable for two couples or a family wishing to stay in Portoferraio’s historic centre.

The first double bedroom has a full bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, bidet and enclosed shower. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom equipped with a washbasin, toilet with a handheld bidet sprayer and enclosed shower.

Important information

The apartment is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and check-out is by 9:00 am. A surcharge of €50.00 applies to check-in after 8:00 pm.
Small pets are allowed, subject to an additional cleaning fee of €30.00.
A mandatory security deposit of €150.00 is required. Half of the amount must be paid in cash and the other half by credit card. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after the property has been inspected. If the deposit is paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm.
Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost of €40.00 for a double set, also for single occupancy, and €20.00 for a single set. Linen must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be booked on site.
