Bright and modern, two-storey Apartment a few steps from the golden sandy beach, equipped with two terraces, one of the two with a splendid view of the sea and its gulf

We are in a gulf that doesn't need great publicity. If we had to describe it with some key words we would use: sea, services and sunsets. All its beaches and coves are characterized by fine golden sand, with a seabed that slopes gently inwards, which become swimming pools with the sirocco wind. Biodola is the main one, the best equipped and the largest, you can reach it easily with a few steps on foot, a flat road with little traffic. In fact, you will be inside an exclusive, luxury location, as it is inside the park of a 5-star resort where only hotel customers and guests of the owners of the houses inside can access.

If you want to change you are spoiled for choice! the nearby Scaglieri and Forno are the most secluded sisters, as they are closed by cliffs on the sides, or if you want to dedicate a day to wild bathing in total relaxation you can also reach the virgin coves on the health route in a maximum of 15 minutes on foot.

The apartment is spread over two floors. A comfortable living area on the ground floor, where there is a large equipped entrance terrace, where there is also a porch that will allow you to enjoy a cool corner even in the hottest hours of the day. Kitchen and living area, service bathroom available for guests.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a second bathroom this time with shower, and a second terrace with full sea view belonging to the double bedroom.

Obviously, the strong point of the structure is the guaranteed parking, even two parking spaces which make the structure perfect even for two couples of friends.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 23 years old (aimed at groups of guys)
- only small pets allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- as in all our facilities, smoking is strictly prohibited inside
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
