They have no parking space, but in the back entrance you will have a large free parking lot.

Two-room apartment on the sea side - Lato Mare (2/4 beds - ideal for up to 3 adults)
Apartment located on the first floor with a splendid view of the sea. Consisting of a double bedroom with sea view, kitchen with induction hob, bathroom with shower, large living room with a queen-size sofa bed; possible pouf bed (ideal for two children or an adult).

City Side (2/4 beds)
Very bright apartment, thanks to the numerous windows, consists of a kitchen with induction hob, double sofa bed, bathroom with shower cubicle, and terrace. Big matrimonial bed. The apartment is city side, overlooking a rather quiet public area.

Suite (2/4 beds - ideal for up to 3 adults)
Second floor apartment, consisting of double bedroom, kitchen with induction hob, bathroom with shower and living room with sofa bed. 

Distances from the beaches:
- From the Ghiaie beach: 500 meters - From the Viste beach: 700 meters - From the Padulella and Capo Bianco beaches: 1 km

Important Notes:
-  Animals are not allowed
- the obligation to register is necessary even if there is no overnight stay but only a short stop (even less than an hour), therefore we inform guests that it is necessary to communicate in advance any guests present in the structure
-  Air conditioning:

• for Sea Side and City Side a supplement of 7 euros per day will be required, on request, with use in the off-season periods (i.e. from 15/4 to 30/05 and after 10/09 until 15/11)
• for the Suite, air conditioning is always a paid service, at €7 per day, on request upon arrival

- Deposit (mandatory): 200 euros in Lato Città & Lato Mare; 250 euros in the suite; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- Groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
