• Check-in at our offices from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 9:00 AM. A late check-in after 8:00 PM requires an additional fee of €50.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Security deposit (mandatory): €200; refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
• Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not available for on-site purchase.
• Even if the BBQ is for exclusive use, it must be cleaned after each use.
