Directly overlooking the waterfront of Cavo, a hamlet of Rio Marina, a village very popular during the summer season, also featuring a port for passenger ferries. The Cavo Beach, in the municipality of Rio Marina on the island of Elba, is a beautiful stretch about 400 meters long, made up of fine sand mixed with white gravel and small pebbles – ideal for families thanks to the gently sloping seabed that is soft on the feet. The sea is clear and clean, thanks to the currents channeled between Elba and Piombino, with views of Piombino and the islet of Palmaiola (3 km away). If you enjoy water sports, consider a boat trip or a dive: organized excursions depart to nearby bays such as Nisporto, Nisportino, Cala Seregola, Capo Vita, and Frugoso. The promenade along the waterfront is perfect for an aperitif at sunset, among palm trees and outdoor artworks.

Two-Room Apartment 2/4 Beds
It is located on the first floor of a small building without an elevator and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed with a loft featuring two single beds (not joinable), and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans as well as air conditioning in both rooms.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
