A new 42 sq. mt. family house just a few minutes away from the beach of Pareti on the southern side of the Island in Capoliveri. It is well furnished and made up of a living room with a corner kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with a single pull out bed for a third person, bathroom with a box shower. The outside of the villetta is rather interesting as you can dine outside under a floral arch and relax in a beautiful natural environment.

Important Information:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros
- The rental of the apartment must take place for a maximum of 2 adults plus a child up to 12 years old

Bed linen and towel
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

The set includes both sheets and towels.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be refunded at departure if after 3:00 p.m. (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
