Outside there’s a wide fenced garden with great views and a porch for al fresco dining and relaxing. Garden furniture includes: table, deckchairs, BBQ equipment and a shower. The flat comes with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a living room with a sofa bed for a child and a kitchenette. Brand-new furnishings. Amenities and entertainments are within walking distance (700 m from Capoliveri).
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- rental for max 4 adults + 1 child
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00, for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed, subject to prior authorization from the property, with a supplement of € 40.00 per stay
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Exceptional. It was the nicest vacation home so far. There are very beautiful beaches nearby. The location with the view from the very large terrace was exceptional. It is the nicest house on this street with the best view and both shade and sun. The machine could be placed very conveniently under a roof or directly in front of the terrace or another place. ?Verifiable review on booking.com.

Lo Scoglio was just perfect for all our family and our kids loved the space they had for playing.
We will miss the stunning view for sure but we hope we can return once more at another time.

Fantastic and amazing view
For the fourteen days we could stay in your beautiful apartment. We enjoyed the fantastic and amazing view where we loved to watch the unique sunsets.
The well-equiped outside area was lovely, including the outside shower, as well as the grilling area.
We wish to all of the next guests to have a pleasant stay and hope that they will have a time as great as ours.

Well-equipped, charmingly decorated, and with a splendid view from the terrace where we spent most of our time (when not hiking or at the beach)
