Comfortable apartment just a few steps from the beach on the southern side of Pareti beach.

The studio is well maintained and very comfortable, but what  makes it particularly special is the porch with great views of the sea and its proximity to the beach of Pareti. The apartment of about 30 square meters consists of a bathroom with shower, a living area used also as  a kitchen and a very bright room with double bed and a sofa bed for a third place, table with chairs. The flat opens out with a glass door onto a porch of 15 sq. mt., equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
