Important notes:
- The rental of the apartment must be for a maximum of 6 people
- It is allowed to rent to people with small pets, on request with an extra charge of 30 €
- Deposit (compulsory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in at our offices from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid
