Holiday home of about 120 sq. m. on two floors both with internal and external access. It can comfortably sleeps two families (7 adults + 1 child)
The exterior is fully fenced and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is even a large porch with bbq. The ground floor consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor includes 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom. It is possible to add an extra single bed in the living room upon enquiry. The beach and the town of Marina di Campo are at a 10/15 mins walking distance.  Bikes are provided at no extra charge.
