Nestled in the quiet of the first hill of Portoferraio, capital of the island and strategic point to visit its various sides, will be able to offer you a vacation in total relaxation and rest without sacrificing the proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sottobomba at 1 km and the other coves of the Costa Bianca, the intimate Prunini also at 1 km or the other wonderful and famous coves such as Sansone of the Costa Verde. This is a place where nature is the protagonist, from the coastal forests to the dense Mediterranean wild vegetation that populates its surroundings, a quiet and breezy location to enjoy the house after a busy day at the beach. An ideal destination for lovers of trekking, walking, biking, canoeing or snorkeling, thanks to the rich and clear seabed typical of the beaches along this stretch of coast.

Internally, it does not offer great square footage because it is all on one floor, the ground, for 37 square meters. The outdoor space however is idyllic, large manicured garden with BBQ and porch equipped for dining. It offers a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub.
