The villa located on the first floor of a large building. Equipped with an open space equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation. Inside it is composed of a large, well-furnished living room with fireplace and dining area; a kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with an exclusive shower cubicle with hydromassage, chromotherapy and radio. The structure includes a double bedroom with an extra bed, a double/twin bedroom and a bedroom with two joinable single beds. Furthermore the villa has a large terrace with tables and chairs.

- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
* the courtyard and pine forest are shared, animals cannot be left free unless supervised by their owners
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
