Reached via a short flight of steps (around 10 steps) through lush greenery from the private parking spot, the house features a cozy living area with a double sofa bed and LCD TV, alongside a fully equipped wooden kitchenette with gas hobs, oven, and fridge. The bedroom has a romantic wrought-iron canopy bed, air conditioning, and a large wardrobe. A modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the interior.

• Minimum age for check-in is 21 years (young groups accepted; families welcome).
• Small pets allowed (€30 cleaning fee).
• Mandatory security deposit: €150 (refunded at check-out after property inspection).
• Bed linen & towels: €20 per person upon request during booking (cannot be ordered on site).
