On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the sea on three sides, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation, is also accessible via an independent external staircase. The ground floor, internally connected, features two sea-view double bedrooms, one additional double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. A second external staircase provides independent access to the terrace.

Security deposit EURO 1000
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be refunded at departure if after 3:00 p.m. (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
