House with large open spaces in a comfortable and breezy position halfway between Marina di Campo and Procchio  

Villa which owes its name to its breezy position, immersed in a private park. We are a few kilometers from the center of Marina di Campo, one of the best equipped and most touristic places on the island, near the junction of the main artery that connects all the various sides. It is located near the inhabited hamlet "La Pila", much loved by those who prefer to travel by bicycle as it is a flat area, the location being on the ground floor and enjoying large open spaces is 100% bike friendly. It is convenient for reaching both the seaside resorts of Procchio and Paolina on the north coast (which are about 3 km away), and for those who want to move along the Costa del Sole, in the western part of the island, with its wonderful golden sand coves .

There are 6 beds available in the house, surrounded by a garden with games for children, and a large porch of around 40 m2 for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The living area consists of a large living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. Main double bedroom. On the same floor, a double room with a bunk bed (the mezzanine of this room is also not accessible to customers). Bathroom with shower cubicle.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 25 years (aimed at groups of Young People)
- the mezzanine area of the entire house cannot be used for safety reasons
- check-in in our Campo offices from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
