Charming villa in the immediate vicinity of the center of Marina di Campo, in a quiet residential area. This structure is ideal for those looking for the convenience and services of the center in one of the most touristic places on the island, but ensuring peace and silence. The town of Marina di Campo is ideal for families with children and is certainly the right location for those who love nightlife, not to mention the proximity to the splendid beaches of the Costa del Sole, such as Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto.

Villa - 5 People
The property is spread over two floors, on the ground floor there is a large and bright equipped veranda, perfect for relaxing during the warm summer evenings with your family. Furthermore, Villa Franca offers a large living room with kitchen, a comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom with shower cabin.

The living room leads to the kitchen which in turn has a lovely terrace equipped with table and chairs.

On the second floor there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom. The house is completed by a second balcony overlooking the countryside.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of children)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- air conditioning for a fee of € 7 per day
