Villino Aloe is ideal for those looking for a quiet and relaxing place, in a residential area surrounded by numerous villas, just 200 meters from the magnificent golden sand beach. Our property is so called because it will offer you a moment of serenity, prosperity, to make the most of your vacation between a crystal clear sea and a tourist center very renowned for its services, its premises and all the comfort it offers . It is the only municipality on the island that guarantees a complete vacation, without the need to use the car, because you will have everything at your fingertips!

The other coves of the Costa del Sole are also a few minutes drive away, Cavoli about 6 km, Seccheto 7 km and Fetovaia 10 km.

The property is spread over a single floor, plot and offers a private entrance with enclosed surrounding gardens. It offers a total of 6 beds, rental of which is authorized for a maximum of 4 adults accompanied by two children under 12 years old. The living room offers a dining area, a double sofa bed and a small indoor kitchen. You enter the large exterior porch where you will have at your disposal a second outdoor kitchenette, equipped with garden furniture and shower. The sleeping area inside the house consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.During the high season, you’ll always have a reserved parking space within Residence Orizzonti, just 600 meters from the property. And, with a bit of luck, you might be able to park right in front of the apartment thanks to an extra spot offered by a tenant—super convenient for your holiday! Availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. During the low season, parking is free and unrestricted.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 23 (intended for groups of guys)
- the rental must be for 4 adults maximum + 2 children under 12 years old
- check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out before 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m. a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small animals are allowed, with a cleaning fee of €30
- deposit (obligatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having noted the status of the rental (in the event of payment in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 p.m.)
- sheets and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
