The villa is located on the ground floor, about 500 m (on foot) from the beach and the town center. It has all the comforts for a relaxing holiday: private parking space, large outdoor area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, fresh and slightly hilly position.
Marina di Campo is the seaside resort of the island that does not need much publicity, remember that it is also the ideal starting point to reach the golden beaches of the Costa del Sole: Cavoli (6 km) and Fetovaia (9 km).

It consists of a living / dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower.
Large equipped porch and small outdoor area in front of the entrance of the villa used for a parking space, second parking space about 50 meters away.

Important Notes:

• Rental is not allowed for groups of guests under 25 years old.
• Small pets are allowed, with an additional cleaning fee of €30.
• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM.
• For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an extra fee of €50 applies.
• Security deposit (mandatory): €300.
• It will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay. Cash payment is recommended, refunded on the spot if departure is after 3:00 PM (time needed for cleaning), or via bank transfer.
• Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set (also for single use), €20 for a single set.
• Must be requested at least 7 days before arrival and cannot be booked on site.
