It includes a living area with air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a French sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children), a balcony equipped with a washbasin, a spacious and bright double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower box and bidet.

- air conditioning for a fee, on request, € 10 per day
- deposit (mandatory): € 300.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
