Completely independent villa sleeping 6/9 immersed in the nature of the Tuscan Archipelago in the surroundings of Barbarossa 

Property surrounded by greenery consisting of an independent villa and a semi-detached house. We are 1 km from the beach of Barbarossa, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub of the Tuscan Archipelago park, the ideal destination for lovers of nature, trekking and relaxation. Porto Azzurro is one of the most touristic and beloved villages of the island, with its sailor village rich in clubs, events and panoramic views, it satisfies everyone. From the property you can reach the town center in 1 km and the two beaches that surround it: "la Rossa" and that of "Pianotta"; without forgetting the Reale beach and the Terranera lake about 2 km away.

The property is on two levels; on the ground floor there is a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed plus a cot for children up to 6 years, a bathroom with tub and shower. The property has a beautiful equipped garden.

The villa therefore accommodates a maximum of 6/8 adults and any child under 6 years for the 9th bed.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small / medium-sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
