Conveniently tucked away in a peaceful spot yet located halfway between the lovely Barbarossa beach and the impressive seventeenth-century Sanctuary of Monserrato, from which its name was derived, this charming villa could be your perfect lock up and leave holiday home! Restaurants, tourist stalls and local amenities are close by; for a spot of culture the sanctuary, the spanish fortress as well as the Barbarossa beach, where the Corsair pirates landed in 1544, will enthuse people of all ages! The accommodation is spacious, comfortable (110 sq. m.) and comprises 2 double bedrooms e one bedroom with 3 single beds; 2 bathrooms (one with shower cubicle, the other one with bath); a kitchen; a big sea-view veranda with chairs; an outdoor dining pergola and a fenced garden. All rooms are elegant yet simply decorated.

Important information:
- The location is available for a maximum of 7 people
- Young groups under 25 are not permitted
- Check-in at our agency from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; Fee for late check-in from 8 p.m.: €50.00
- Animals are allowed with a surcharge of 30 euros for cleaning
- Deposit (mandatory): 350.00 euros; Refund after handing over the rental property and checking the accommodation. (if you pay in cash, the refund will not be made before 3:00 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels not included: these can be booked directly when booking for a price of 20.00 euros per person or brought from home;
