Detached charming villa refined and renovated in an organic minimal style with large outdoor spaces and comforts of all kinds

The Villa is located on a hill in ‘località Picchiaie’ and completely surrounded by greenery, overlooks the valley from above and reflects the sunset on Mount Capanne. It lies on a hill in a sunny position and on one side overlooks the gulf of Portoferraio, while on the other side, a rural road on the back leads to the gulf of Lacona. An intimate spot from which you can enjoy the beauty of the landscape all around. Here you are at the heart of the Tuscan island and the villa is in a privileged position since you can easily reach some of the most popular beaches on Elba – all the beaches north of Portoferraio and some south, such as Lacona, Margidore, Norsi and others. The charm of the place, the scent of the Mediterranean scrub all around, its simplicity and energy make it an intimate place of quiet. The renovation of the house was entrusted to an interior designer who was able to create comfortable, harmonious and elegant interiors.  Villa Elicriso lies withing less than 10 km from Portoferraio, therefore close to its northern beaches famous for their white pebbles and turquoise sea, and just 2.5 km from the southern beach of Lacona, with its sand dunes, a large car park and a shaded spot of pine trees to rest. Not far away are the beaches of Norsi, and the beach of Aquarilli for naturists.
The closest beach is Le Prade beach to the North, approx. 1.5 km away, with a large parking space under pine trees, well equipped with a bar and a pergola for the dining area. Here it’a nice spot for kite-surfers and nearby – on Bagnaia and  Magazzini beaches - there are sailing centres – both Segel schule – mostly popular with  foreigners.
A few steps from The Prade beach is Bar La Curva, which is also a pizza restaurant and serves some local food. At about one km from the bar, you can easily do the shopping at the supermarket Conad Margherita – località Schiopparello.

Two-storey villa - 10 beds
Renovated between 2021 and 2022 with a simple but refined "organic minimal" style, which inspires calm and tranquillity, Villa Elicriso is an independent house of approx. 110 square meters. Free on all four sides, it consists of two independent apartments that can be experienced as a whole by a large family or friends, or lived separately as they are completely independent both inside and outside. Each area in fact has a large part of open green and various areas where you can relax under the pergolas, which are, especially in the hot season, precious places to be enjoyed.

GROUND FLOOR: consists of kitchen and living room with sofa bed (1 comfortable seat), a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The exterior offers various pergolas with tables for outdoor dining and relaxation areas with sofas; garden equipped with outdoor shower. Garden shed with laundry area.

FIRST FLOOR: consists of kitchen and living room with sofa bed (1 comfortable seat), a double bedroom with canopy, second bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The exterior features a pergola with a table for outdoor dining and relaxation areas and a garden.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30.00 to be paid locally
- as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros (refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- the road to reach the villa is partly unpaved, you are inside a park
