The sleeping area is divided into two distinct areas, separated by a large living room with dining area, sofas and kitchen, divided in:
1:  2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
2:  3 rooms, one of these is a large double room with TV and two other bedrooms, another one with bunk beds, and the last one with two singles, a bathroom.
The washing machine is located outside the home in the laundry room.
The external area of the villa is furnished with 2 wrought iron tables, each table with 4 wrought iron chairs, 2 folding tables with 6 folding chairs for other easily transportable dining areas, 2 yacht deckchairs, 3 seats in white lacquered outdoor wood . A 4/5-seater lounge in junco with support table, all new with cushions. We are mounting sails for outdoor coverage and we are enclosing the high parking area with 2 parking spaces.
