Independent villa with a splendid sea view, completely fenced, divided into two levels; on the ground floor we have a living room with a double sofa bed ideal for an adult or two children, an equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor there is a small living room and a double bedroom, and finally a large terrace overlooking the sea is always available.

Important Notes:
- Rental is permitted to people with small/medium sized pets, on request with a supplement of €30
- Deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- Use of air conditioning: 7 euros per day, on request not mandatory
