Independent villa with garden and sea view, perfect for a relaxing holiday

Overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio and the sea on the north coast of the island, Villa Gloria gives our customers the opportunity to experience a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and all services.
Independent villa with a splendid sea view, completely fenced, it is divided into two levels; on the ground floor we have a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor there is a small living room and a double bedroom, finally a large terrace overlooking the sea is always available.

Important notes:
- It is allowed to rent to people with pets of any size, on request with a supplement of €30
- Deposit (mandatory): 150 €; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- Use of the air conditioner: 7 € per day
