Cozy house suitable for families or groups who want to stay on the Island of Elba and discover its wonderful beaches, colours, flavours, excellent cuisine and wonderful views. It is located in Schiopparello, a junction that allows you to visit various locations on the island, 5 minutes from Portoferraio and 15 from Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri. The bus station is near the house, but we recommend the structure to travelers with independent vehicles. This part of the island is ideal for lovers of nature and contact with it, authentic and wild places, ideal for those who want to enjoy moments of relaxation and comfort away from the more crowded beaches. A mandatory stop is a visit to the Roman Villa delle Grotte, a unique experience between history and a breathtaking panorama.

It is characterized by rustic environments that evoke the Tuscan tradition and consists of a living room with kitchen and fireplace, 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) and 2 bathrooms ( one with tub and one with shower). They are bright environments thanks to the large windows and in a cool position thanks to the surrounding vegetation. You wilL be surrounded by a garden, an outdoor area for outdoor dining in front of the house, with a view of the bay in the background. We point out the lack of TV, one more excuse to enjoy the outdoor spaces!

Important Notes:
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (Family Welcome)
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- guests will be able to access every room on the ground floor but not the semi-underground area and the garage
- pay close attention to the large window in the living room: please do not open it
