The beach, made up of white pebbles and located in a biologically protected area, is located a few steps from the villa, in a quiet area but conveniently close to the center of Portoferraio, the island's capital.

Welcoming villa on the first floor, entirely on one level. It consists of a bright living room with sofa bed and TV, separate and fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven and a large fridge with freezer.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both with a splendid view of the Gulf, and a single bedroom. There are two bathrooms, both with shower and bidet.

The property includes a balcony with frontal sea view and a large outdoor space on the side, shaded and equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be refunded at departure if after 3:00 p.m. (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
