Closeness to the sea, wide green areas, comfort, fresh- and saltwater swimming pools are only a taste of what you can expect from the most exclusive resort on Elba!

Le Terrazze is located in Capo d’Arco, one of the most beautiful natural areas on Elba, accessed by guests only. Private access to a lovely beach and free entry to both the fresh- and saltwater swimming pools are just a hint of it. The estate is on two levels: the villa and the three-roomed apartment, both self-contained and available to be booked together or separately.
Saltwater Pools are open from the middle of May to the middle of September, in other periods are not accessible. Freshwater pools are open until the end of September.

Villa Le Terrazze (170 sq. m. – 8 people) develops on two floors. Upstairs are a dining room equipped with long table and chairs, a bright panoramic living room whose fireplace gives a romantic touch to the environment, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom (with two twin beds and an extra bed as well) leading to a terrace with amazing views. Downstairs are 2 bathrooms with shower and two bedrooms (one with a full-size bed and the other one with two twin beds plus an extra bed) leading to a terrace through glazed doors. Stunning sea views, wide open space and the gorgeous pergola will make for an enjoyable stay!

Three-roomed apt Le Terrazze (90 sq. m. - 4 adults + 2 kids) is a self-contained unit coming with a bathroom with shower, an open plan kitchen-living room featuring a double sofa bed, and a kid bedroom with two bunk beds and a French door leading to the garden. Outside is a private space, ideal for entertaining and dining al fresco, while another double bedroom with private access (from the garden only) and en suite bathroom (with shower/tub) is separated from the main living area.

Pools are open from middle May to middle September, in other periods they are not accessible.

​Please be aware that beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by the beach rent at the pools as well as at the beach (you can't bring your own).  The closest centre from the district is the village of Porto Azzurro, which is at just 5 minutes by car.
