Mezzanine Apartment for 2/4 Guests with Two Bathrooms

Located on the first floor and measuring approximately 60 sqm, the apartment stands out for its refined style, featuring modern materials, warm colours and architectural details that enhance the history and character of the village.

The bright living area welcomes guests into an elegant and functional space, ideal for relaxing after a day spent at the beach, hiking or exploring the historic centre. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed with leg-lift mechanism, suitable as an additional sleeping space.

The property features two modern and well-designed bathrooms. The first bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, a concrete washbasin countertop and a large storage cabinet. The second bathroom, bright and with a window, is equipped with a compact washbasin and an innovative Japanese-style toilet with integrated bidet, designed to provide maximum comfort and hygiene.

The charming mezzanine level houses the sleeping area, creating an intimate and cosy atmosphere enhanced by exposed white wooden beams that increase brightness and the sense of space. The visual continuity between the mezzanine and the living area creates a relaxing and elegant ambiance. Please note that the mezzanine does not have safety barriers.

Due to the particular layout of the mezzanine, which is not equipped with safety barriers, children are not allowed access to the sleeping area.
Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not permitted.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Check-out: by 9:00 AM. A €50 surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed.
Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00, refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property. If paid in cash, the refund will not be available before 3:00 PM.
Bed linen and towels: €40 per double set (also for single use). Not bookable on site.
