If you are interested in the convenience of living in the center of the most sought after tourist resort on the island of Elba, but in a quiet area, a few meters from the beach, with private parking space in front of the house, in a well-furnished and very pleasant apartment, the three “L'Approdo” studio apartments are ideal.
The very high ceilings have allowed the creation of large, comfortable and solid wooden mezzanines which almost double the 30 m2 of the living area, consisting of a well-equipped kitchenette, table with chairs, double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower cabin. The mezzanine comfortably accommodates a double bed and a single bed. A small outdoor space allows you to eat outside. Apartment 1 has an equipped space on the street side while apartments 2 and 3 have a reserved space set up in a common courtyard.

- from Marina di Campo beach: 200 m - from Cavoli beach: approximately 6 km - from Seccheto beach: 6.5 km - from Fetovaia beach: 10 km
Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not admitted
- rental permitted for a maximum of 5 people
- small pets allowed
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)

Apartment in Marina di Campo was very nice, clean, with air conditioning, parking place (not to be underestimated), a few steps from the sea.
Lovely quiet and welcoming place. An unforgettable two-week stay! For us it was the first time on Elba Island and we hope we can come back next summer!
We were well advised by the owner of Goelba Mr. Graziano both on the location to choose and that the apartment was near the sea ... absolutely true !!

Great location, Nice attic, very useful air conditioning.
We stayed in the Approdo apartment (i think No. 3). Great location, close to the sea, useful outside space, although in common with the other apartment; very useful car parking reserved in front of house. The apartment is small but well stocked and well-structured, kitchen and bathroom ok, area of improvement is that the television is in front of the kitchen table and not in front of the sofa bed. Nice attic with double bed and single one, very useful air conditioning.

A wonderful week spent on the island of Elba!
A wonderful week spent on Elba Island. The scenery is enchanting as well as all the beaches. We were fascinated by Cavoli's beach where the sea is confusing with the rocks.
The apartment in Marina di Campo is well located in a strategic position to have all the amenities by hand. I hope I will have the opportunity to come back.

The holiday was magnificent. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the sea and close to the center of the village. Very convenient is the private parking in front of the house.

Our stay at the Approdo apartment was pleasant. Being a studio this apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space is a bit small but enough to be able to eat outdoors and relax. The location is very quiet although being 10 steps from the main street and ... 12 from the sea! Convenient.
