Just over a kilometer away, therefore, is the Prunini beach, ideal for those who love wild areas, far from the chaos, which offer moments of relaxation and tranquility immersed in nature; and the marvelous white rock inlet of Sottobomba, with its crystalline sea and colors that recall a Caribbean paradise. It is located near the main artery that connects the town to the other sides of the island, convenient for those who want to experience Elba at 360°!

Families are welcome, if only adults are traveling, the maximum number allowed is 3 people and everyone must be at least 30 years old. In the case of adults, the rental must be for a maximum of 3 people, families can stay with 2 adults and 2 children.

Small two bed-room apartment of 70 m2 all arranged on one floor, part of a fenced-in private house immersed in a luxuriant garden, with large spaces for outdoor living. It consists of kitchen with dining room, hallway with sofa, triple bedroom (double + single bed), single bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine and equipped outdoor area.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 30 (aimed at groups of young people and couples alike)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
