It has just been restored,  right on the sea front, well furnished with a large terrace overlooking the sea, very comfortable and within walking distance from the lovely white beach  of "Ghiaie".

It’s a prestigious apartment of 60 sqm plus 20 sqm terrace overlooking the sea in the centre of Portoferraio with a view of the harbour.
It would be ideal for those who want to enjoy a comfortable holiday a stone's throw from the historic centre of the capital and an easy  500 metres walk from the white beach of "Ghiaie", which has been part of a biological marine reserve for more than 40 years, so  a true wonder for both the young and old.
It has the air of 4 star quality.
The apartment consists of a sunny living room with large windows overlooking the sea (with indoor curtains for privacy) with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed.
Bathroom with shower and double room with sea view.
The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
A very  relaxing atmosphere, very suitable  for a family with 2 children.
