Detached villa, located in a very quiet residential area just a few minutes' drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, supermarkets and the historic center of Portoferraio.

The property is completely fenced with an entrance with an automatic gate and consists of the main body of the villa plus an outbuilding. The villa has three double bedrooms, two of which with an extra single bed, two bathrooms with shower and eat-in kitchen. The annexe has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. The property includes a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining (including barbecue) and private parking spaces. Pets are accepted on request, with supplement.

Important notes:
- The rental of the villa must be for a maximum of 10 people
- Rental to people with small/medium sized pets is permitted, upon request with a supplement of €30, only if they are kept within the appropriate space.
- Deposit (mandatory): 500 €; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm). For groups of children, the agency reserves the right to request an increased deposit of up to 1,500 euros.
