Staying at Villa Stellamare, Portoferraio’s most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away: the nearby Seccione beach is just 2 km away, followed by Sottobomba beach at 2.2 km, and the renowned bays of Capo Bianco and Padulella, both just 2.5 km away. A short distance further lie the spectacular Le Ghiaie beach (3 km) and the iconic Sansone beach (3.5 km). The hillside location offers privacy, tranquility, and a constant sea breeze, while remaining convenient for exploring the island’s highlights and quickly reaching the town center.

Semi-detached Villa (Sleeps 7) with Large Panoramic Terrace The property is set entirely on a single level and is surrounded by spacious outdoor areas designed to fully enjoy the island’s climate. Guests can make use of a panoramic sea-view sun deck with a terracotta terrace and a charming bamboo-covered veranda featuring glass walls, a dining table, and a hammock for al fresco dining. The pizza oven shown in the photo is not functional; it is purely decorative. The outdoor space also includes a well-kept garden with lush hedges and exposed brick steps, a fully equipped rustic area, and a laundry room with an outdoor shower.

Elegant Interior and Air-Conditioned Bedrooms
The interior combines nautical style with contemporary lines through a charming mix of natural materials. The living area features a dining room with a wooden table and a panoramic living room with large glass doors overlooking the greenery, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoors. The air-conditioned sleeping area offers three bright bedrooms with sea views (one double, one twin, and one triple) and two bathrooms, one with a modern walk-in shower and one half-bath.

• Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not permitted.
• Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, a late check-in fee of €50.00 applies.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Security Deposit (mandatory): €500.00, refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
• Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; cannot be requested on site).
• The outdoor BBQ is not included in the price; it can be provided upon request for an extra charge covering transport and equipment cleaning (to be arranged in advance).
