The villa is entirely located on one raised ground floor and offers spacious, comfortable interiors, ideal for families or small groups of up to five guests.
The living area features a welcoming lounge with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette including a gas hob, gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, TV and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The sleeping area includes:

• one double bedroom with air conditioning;
• one twin bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning;
• one single bedroom with air conditioning.

The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower cubicle, bidet and all essential amenities.

Guests also have access to a veranda with washing machine and utility sink, as well as a large private outdoor area, perfect for relaxing.

The outdoor space is furnished with a dining table, barbecue and outdoor shower, making it ideal for enjoying lunches and dinners after a day spent exploring Elba's beaches or hiking its scenic inland trails.

• Late check-in after 8:00 pm: €50 surcharge.
• Pets of all sizes are welcome (€30 supplement).
• Security deposit (mandatory): €150, refunded after inspection of the property at the end of the stay. If paid in cash, the refund will not be available before 3:00 pm.
• Bed linen and towels (on request at the time of booking): €40 per double set (also for single use); €20 per single set. Not bookable on site.
